Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 72 hours, once orders are received. Two email notification confirming order and shipping will be sent to customer. No shipping is done on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. If any delay in shipment or problems arise, we will notify customer through email.
We provide free local and international standard shipping to thirteen different countries.
Each country varies in shipping times.

Hong Kong (SAR), Macau (SAR), Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam, Brunei, USA, Canada
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once payments are confirmed, an email confirmation of shipping, shipping company, with tracking number will be emailed to customer.
Customs, duties, and taxes
ELLE Travel (Straight Success Development Ltd) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
ELLE Travel (Straight Success Development Ltd) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
All products can be returned 7 days after customer receives product (products not used or broken). Customers are responsible for return cost of shipping. Some countries, we will provide a drop off location to return products.
